Heather Ingraham found her calling within the Human Services field while working at a nursing facility. Soon after she transferred to a residential facility for over 3 years. Since moving to Virginia from Washington state, Heather has gained 16 years of experience working within the Human Services field.

Brian Glover is currently the founder and managing partner at Citadel Family Services, LLC in Suffolk, VA. He is also a 2017 graduate of the United Way "Project Inclusion" a leadership training program in Norfolk, VA. Brian has over 20 years of experience in management and sales.

Cheryl Fowlkes, founder and managing partner, is a graduate of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA . She brings 20+ years of experience and skills working in medical billing and customer service to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed.
