HOW DO I APPLY FOR A POSITION?

You may email your resume to citadelfamilyservices@gmail.com, fax your resume to (757) 539-0269, or click the link on the join our team page to complete an application.  You may also mail your resume to 707 Gittings St., Suite 160, Suffolk, Va, 23434

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT OPEN POSITIONS AT CITADEL FAMILY SERVICES?

Click on the Join Our Team tab and you will find all open positions

HOW DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS WORK?

You may select the complete job application link in the Join Our Team tab.  When you are finished print our the application and deliver it to us via fax, mail, or in person.

HOW LONG IS MY APPLICATION VALID?

Your application is valid for no longer than 60 days.

HOW DO I RECEIVE ID/DD WAIVER SERVICES?

You may contact your local community services board or contact Department of Social Services.

HOW DO I MAKE A REFERRAL?

If you would like to make a referral to any of our programs, you may download a referral form to complete. Once you have completed the form, you may fax it back to (757) 539-0269 or call our office and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you.
